Court orders Osun CP to capture Oluwo 


A justice's court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State has requested the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr. Fimihan Adeoye, to capture the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, and convey him to court on January 6, 2017. 

The justice, Olusola Aluko, gave the new request on Friday when the case including the ruler came up for listening to once more. 

He said he was amazed that the police official had not captured Oluwo since he initially issued the seat warrant of capture against the top notch ruler. Aluko expressed that the case established by the Oluwo Oke of Iwo Oke, Oba Kadiri Adeoye, against Akanbi under the watchful eye of his court was not a chieftaincy case but rather a criminal one.
