Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil won't leave the club amid the January exchange window.

The combine are both out of agreement toward the finish of the season however Wenger says he is cheerful they will at present be Arsenal players next term.

Ozil missed Sunday's win at Burnley because of disease and he stays suspicious for the visit of Huddersfield on Wednesday.

Wenger said on Tuesday: "From Sunday's amusement, obviously we didn't have [Mesut] Ozil.

"He has wanted to rehearse again today and we will make an appraisal after the instructional course."
