Former President Obasanjo bags PhD in Christian Theology


On Friday, previous President Olusegun Obasanjo packed away the honor of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Christian Theology from the Department of Religious Studies, Faculty of Arts of the National Open University of Nigeria(NOUN), Abeokuta Study Center, Ogun State.

Obasanjo was articulated commendable and skilled for the honor following 163 minutes strong safeguard of his voluminous proposal before a six – man board.

Obasanjo's PhD Thesis is titled: "Settling the Unfinished Agenda in Liberation Theology: Leadership, Poverty and Underdevelopment in North Eastern Nigeria."
